COMPOUNDED OILS - Chlorinated

TOWER OIL & TECHNOLOGY Co. produces a line of compounded metalforming lubricants that contain extreme pressure, wetting and friction modifying additives. These light colored and low odor compounded oils are being used in a wide variety of manufacturing operations. They range from light duty stamped and formed parts to heavy-duty operations such as deep drawing, blanking, forming and tube bending operations. These products are especially effective on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Ease of use and control make these products attractive for a wide variety of metal forming operations.
The use of COMPOUNDED OILS benefits many plant operations. Operators benefit from products that contain no hazardous ingredients as defined by OSHA and that are also EPA SARA-FREE. These compounds are used as supplied and require little or no ongoing maintenance. They can be recirculated without the need to train operators on control methods.
